In folklore, the devil often plays the trickster. In these stories, the devil is sometimes outwitted by clever humans who strike deals with him, only to break the contract with wit and loopholes. The devil’s typical depiction with horns, hooves, and a tail comes from early medieval Europe. These features were borrowed from Pan, the Greek god of the wild, who symbolized chaos and unbridled nature. These features eventually merged with Christian ideas of evil. However, the concept of the devil can be traced back to Zoroastrianism, one of the world’s oldest religions.

This tutorial contains all the instructions you need to make your creepy/cute Devil doll, so read through them carefully, use the many photos I have provided as a guide, and, most of all, have fun!
